We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience to ensure the smooth operation and support of the Korro app, please see below for a detailed list of recommended devices.

iPhone 11 or newer

Samsung S Series: S20 or newer
Samsung A Series A36, A56 or newer

*Android models are listed as a reference. Devices from other vendors with comparable performance, memory, and processing chips will usually work, as well.

*The Korro app may work on phones below the recommended levels, but they should be tried first. Graphic settings should be set to the lowest level, all other apps in the background should be closed, and the app should be started fresh for starting a new session.
